Dell e1909w repair

Hi!

i had a problem with my monitor(dell e 1909w), when i was working suddenly the screen went black not completely black fade that i can hardly see the background and this will be solved by turn off the monitor 2 or 3 times!

so i open the monitor and want to repair it! when i was working on inverter tow of the regulator pillars connect together and  a big sparkle happen!

i buy and changed that regulator but it not fixed!

what should i change to fix this monitor? is there anything spoiled on the inverter board that i should fix or change?

Going by the symptoms mentioned in your post, we understand that your monitor is faulty and will need to be replaced.

Kindly provide the below mentioned details for us to check for further support.

> PPID number ( Present behind the monitor, under the barcode which usually starts with CN,KR,MX or JP)

> Order number, if it was purchased from Dell.

> Where was it purchased? Also do let us know if it was purchased from a Retailor.

For your information, Dell does not repair Monitors. We only replace them. Please reply if you have any further questions.
