Dell e6320 doesn't turn on using adapter or docking station

Question

Hello, The laptop works normally using battery , but neither the adapter nor the docking station is able to charge the battery. I removed the battery and tried to power on using the adapter or the docking station, but it doesn't work.  Switching between Fn  + F2 and Fn + F3 had no effect I did the procedure of draining the static charge and also no difference. One final observation, is when i press the power button, it lights on for a second and then it goes off immediately without booting. Thanks

When did the issue start?

If possible please try another charger or this charger on another machine.

Please check the adapter status in BIOS and let us know.

Also check the charging port, is it intact or wobbly?
