Buy a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Model 3543 with win7 gave me problems with the wireless when advices the forum to do a clean install of sleep remains could not use it and freeze every moment, Segui and install windows 8.1 64 ( original DVD ) I still have the bad wireless connection and Freeze as well. I want to know how I can return it to Dell. I feel frustrated and disappointed with explanations of this laptop
