I like to suggest you run the troubleshooting tool on your computer. Please follow steps below:

1. Type troubleshooting into the (Cortana) search bar

2. Look to the left and click " view all "

First try windows update - any failed windows update or any update that need to be install will cause problems on your system).Secondly, try Hardware And Devices, and then Network Adapter. Hopefully, you're able to get Bluetooth.

Thank U for your time but I can't make it work. I can't see "Bluetooth" section in "Devices" so I can't activate it. Airplane switch works only with wifi. And I have Bluetooth enabled in BIOS. Troubleshooting says nothing...

You should turn off Airplane switch in Network & Internet.

Settings>>>Network & Internet>>>Airplane mode
