Dell shipped wrong hard drive size for laptop

I just found out my laptop was shipped 6 months ago with wrong smaller hard drive. I am wondering anyone else having the similar issue. Is this a common practice or just an incident of honest mistake? Anyone has suggestion to effectively resolve the problem. I spent 45 min to call customer care and pushed around through 5 persons and end up told to call the number I begin with.

OOOOps! me bad. Sorry for the wrong compliant. I just get mixed my system package slips and drives. My laptop has the correct configuration after all.
