Dell vostro 3568 problem with SSD

Question

When tried to boot laptop for the first time after buying(I bought it today earlier) it says hard drive not found. Is there something I can do about it, shall I call the shop to solve the problem, or go to service? I hope for a quick reply, Thanks, Ivan
