am facing this issue on Dell xps 15 9530 what is this?
Because right now my laptop fresh factory restore OS option not working and why even laptop window not working?

First step: run an extended hardware diagnostic on the hard/solid state drive - F12 at powerup.
You'll need to download an ISO of Windows 10 and write it to a flash drive to use in recovering the system. See here:
