All drivers for your system can be found at:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?os=WW1&osl=EN&catid=-1&impid=-1&servicetag=&SystemID=VOS_N_1500&hidos=WLH&hidlang=en
It is abslutely essential that the drivers be installed in the correct order. The Notebook System Software (under Utilities) and the Chipset drivers (under Chipset) must be installed before even attempting to install any other device drivers. You then need to install drivers for the Ricoh device (under Chipset) and the Network Driver (Broadcom Driver) and the wireless network adapter driver (this will depend on which one shipped with your system.

Wow Volcano, You really have NO IDEA what you are spouting off about do you? I have read almost 20 different posts you have made on different subjects in these forums and buddy you need to get a clue. After reading the garbage you told this guy I had to respond. Half of the information you give is not only incorrect such as this poor fellows problem with the base devices. You can load the drivers in ANY ORDER and WOW oh WOW they still work with no problems. But most of your information you "Advise" sounds like that airhead Kim Kommando got paid to say it. I'm really surprised I haven't seen you "advise" someone to use RegCleaner or AntiSpyWareLabs2009 to fix their machine. You should really learn to verify if the "advice" you give is correct. Either that or go to school and actually learn something real about this stuff and leave the advising to us real computer techs.

Zombie_911,
Instead of showing your incredible ignorance in public, why don't you spend some time reading the forums, reading the Dell Support documents and think about things a bit. Unless the chipset drivers are loaded (at minumum) for most versions of Windows and most models of computers, Windows will not be able to communicate with the motherboard and therefore will not be able to install drivers for devices that it does not know about.
Your childish and ignorant comments are not appropriate for this forum and you will soon find that you are treated accordingly.
