There is no setting in BIOS that would enable/disable the graphics card however you could use the “Catalyst Control center” to use AMD Switchable Graphics.
Please find the steps below for the same.
Click the Start button and select Programs
Click Catalyst Control Center
Click Power and select Switchable Graphics
Choose an application from the list or browse and select an application and assign the appropriate GPU

Thanks, but is not what I need since at work I need to test some graphic software with intel hd under others operative systems.

Unfortunately there is no option to completely disable the AMD card.

Simply set the Catalyst control panel to use the integrated video for the software in question.
