Do not understand error message when installing downloaded updates.

Question

Dell Inspiron B-120 Laptop; Windows XP I downloaded 5 'Urgent' updates with no problem. Deactivating my firewall had no effect and re-downloading had no effect either.  ...?

BeauJest,   Try reading...   How to by-pass the Dell Download Manager, then use Internet Explorer to download the drivers, in your browser.     Rick
