DvD drive keeps opening
I own a inspiron 15, 3000 series.
It is about two years old and resently the DVD drive starts opening itselfs every minute. does anyone has a solution for it?

Thanks for writing to us.
When did the issue start? Have you made any hardware or software changes lately?
Please uninstall the drivers from device manager.
Click on start, type in device manager, open the same., GO TO disck drives, right click on the dvd drive option, select uninstall.
Restart the machine and observe for any changes.
If still the same try the resolution steps from the link and keep us updated.

Also please load the machine into bios by tapping on f2 during start up and let the machine stay there for sometime observe if the tray ejects.
