The webcam drivers should be managed and automatically installed by Windows. If the device isnt detected in the camera application you're using I would suggest making sure that the device is enabled in your systems BIOS initially by restarting the system >Pressing F2 the at the Dell logo on startup > Navigating to Miscellaneous devices > checking the webcam is enabled/checked.
