E7470 with Docking station and KVM
Hi All,
i have E7470 laptop with docking station and 2 displays ( connected to DVI and VGA). I just bought KVM and connect it throught the KVM but the display on the VGA stopped working and it is black without any message.
I tried to change cables, update bios, update display driver.
Windows 10

Have you connected the system to the KVM through the docking station?
Please click my DELL-username and send me a Private Message with the Dell Service Tag number of the system along with the model of the KVM and docking station, so that we can check this for you.

Hi,
my station connected from the docking station to DVI and from the docking station to kvm using VGA.
I will send you the service tag in a minute.
