You need to replace your hard drive with a new one - then reload Windows.

Hi,

The error signifies that either the hard drive might have gone bad or there are corrupt boot sectors.

To fix this issue  you can perform a clean Operating System reinstallation, but, this will delete all data in the hard drive.

However, if you have important data in the system we can try recovering it. Please help me with the system Service Tag and the name under which the system is registered in a private message, so that I can assist you further.

Exactly what you were told - you need a new hard drive.

You need a new, 2.5" 9.5 mm or slimmer SATA notebook drive.  Install instructions:

support.dell.com/.../hdd.htm
