Error code Inspiron 15R 5537 not working
Hi,
My laptop (Inspiron 15R 5537) started acting strange. It came up with only the dell logo. Then it said " Checking media [Fail] "
After that it went back to the dell symbol. After a little while a list came up (forgot to take a photo of that) but it had things about reboot and I picked the Diagnostic test.
As the diagnostic test was running it came up with:
Error code 2000-0151
Validation 67222
Msg: Hard Drive 0 - S/N WX71EB3F3118, incorrect status = 3E
SMART Predictive Failure
I continued the scan and everything else went fine. What should be my next step? Thank you

0151 ERROR is pointing towards HD failure.
it needs to be replaced. Provide us your system tag#, email address and name via private message. Should you system be under warranty, we will get it repaired.
