Error screen 0x00000024 help!

Hi, my laptop keeps giving be blue screen error 0x00000024 (0x001904FB, 0x87F0F470, 0x87F0F050,0x8BAF0F7F) on booting.

It's a dell 1720 originally it was running vista but I upgrade a couple of years back to windows 7. I replaced the hard drive that the OS was on to see if it was a corrupt hard drive but yet to no avail. I have the dell resource cd I can run all the diagnostics and it finds no faults. When I try and boot it from the OS cd it gets to the 'starting windows' page and dies to this screen still. How can I get rid of this fault?! Or what is causing it?!
