Errow during system start up, unable to boot.
My Dell Inspiron N4050, has been facing a error and is unable to boot.
Reboot and Select proper Boot Device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key.
I checked for the boot device in setup, and the 1st priority is the hard Disk.
How do I get through this error?

It's a laptop, and I tried it, Yes it starts up with the Diagnostics Utility.
There were no errors found in the diagnostics.

armedrabbit7,
Shutdown the computer.
Unplug the computer.
Remove the battery.
Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
Plug the computer back in and power it on.
Does it start?
If not, then try running the full diagnostics and report back any error messages. How to Run the Dell™ Diagnostics Utility

Run an extended (NOT just the quick) hard drive test.

I have a Dell N4050, I went to the diagnostics utility via F12, I did the complete Test, and found no errors.
