My original warranty finished about a year ago .So i purchased a 1 yr complete cover warranty about 2 months ago.After that i even had my system repaired once.
But even now they have not registered the warranty extension in their records.So my account still shows warranty expired due to which i'm not able to communicate with the dell staff online.i have a confirmation number of my transaction.
pls advice how i can contact the dell support staff online?
