Fan Control / Temp Sensors for Inspiron 7000?

Is there any software out there that will let me contol the fan and read the temperature sensors on my Dell Inspiron 7000?  I have tried both i8kfangui and SpeedFan, but neither will let me control the fans or read the temps.  They only let me read the disk temp.

 

If there is no software to do this, does someone have the hardware description (registers, I/O ports, etc.) for the 7000 fan and sensor devices?
