Faulty laptop
I bought a dell laptop, every since iv
bought it, it has been stuffing up, the headphone jack doesnt work, the speakers dont work and it keeps shutting down on me. i havnt had it for long at all and now after spending all that money im going to have to get it fixed or buy a new laptop (not a dell)

Hi Brad1995,
I would suggest that you run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.

Thanks Ravi for providing such useful information. It helped me a lot to get out the mess as I'm also using a dell tablet.
