Fingerprint problem on Windows 10
Hello,
I have a problem on Windows 10 where I have installed the drivers, but when I try to login with my fingerprint, Windows Hello says that it can't recognize my fingerprint even though it is enrolled. I uninstalled the drivers in device manager, but then when I try to update the driver, Windows can't find the drivers. Please help in resolving this problem.

Were you able to use fingerprint on Windows 10 earlier & did this stop working after any Windows update?
What is the system model in question here?
