Fingerprint reader on E6520
I just received my new E6520 laptop. The OS is windows 7 professional 64 bit. My laptop includes a fingerprint reader. I don't see the device in the device manager and I can't seem to find any information on how to set it up. No drivers were on the disks sent to me. What can I do to get this to work?

I have the same issue. My configuration is windows7 ultimate 32bit and ubuntu 11.04.In windows with dell's access software in authentication devices it shows (status:OK; name:dell controlvault w/fingerprint swipe sensor, and some device id) but when i try to enroll a fingerprint it says no fingerprint reader found.

In a blog I found a solution, and it works for windows, but for linux it is still a issue.
