For using sim in my laptop
Iam using Inspiron 1525 laptop. There is a port for inserting SIM. Iam now having a 3G sim of BSNL weather it is usable or not . may i need to install any additional software. Please answer if anyone know the solution.

By itself, the SIM card is not useable. You need a WWAN card compatible with your service provider, and a subscription to a broadband cell Internet service. The WWAN card does require drivers.
