Freezes @ Preparing Automatic Repair
I'm no longer under warranty. I have the inspiron 3520. running windows 8. It freezes then it says its preparing diagnostics then flips back to preparing automatic repair. I've hit F12 and ran all the tests it comes back with no errors. I don't know what else to do

Are you sure the hard drive is working fine?
And that the test did not detect any issue with the hard drive?
