You need to restart the computer, when you see the Dell screen to press F12.

This will lead you to the one-off boot menu from where you choose diagnostics by navigating with the up and down arrow keys then press enter on the keyboard.

Thanx for your help, I have run a diagnostic test and I believe I have a Hard drive problem.

Whilst I am glad you were able to do the diagnostics I am a little saddened that your hard drive seems to have developed problems.

I hope that you made a note of the error as this will expedite RMAing of the hard drive when you contact Dell.

Hi,
yep,I have noted the error codes and Msg Blocks and have emailed Technical support.
 
I hope they sort me out !!!
