If you have a home router and had the system connected, check it - it may be listed in the router's DHCP table. If you don't, and never recorded it, there's no way to retrieve it - there's no record of it maintained by Dell that can be retrieved by your service tag number (which, being a personally-identifiable piece of information, you should remove from your post).
