Getting rid of Vista
Hi, im a fairly experienced windows xp user, and... vista is horrible. I have never had so many small and large and extremely annoying problems on a new computer... Not to mention the seemingly useless applications that are killing the performance of this laptop... it feels like a gameboy sometimes...
So my question is, if i want to install windows xp on this laptop, would it be any different than installing windows xp on a desktop?
I want to use my windows xp CD to format this hard drive and install windows xp, would there be any inherent problems with doing this?

not any differance in installing xp but you'll need to download drivers for it if you don't have them already.
