Call Dell. On proof of ownership, they will assist you.

provide proof of ownership when you cal ltechnical support. check if there are any messages on the screen - it has to be checked whether you're having an admin password or hard drive password issue. after providing proof of ownership, they will generate a passcode for your computer.
if this doesn't work, it's a mobo replacement.
