Has my GPU driver a problem after the update ?
Hi everybody, I'm using Dell inspiron 15 3537 with Intel HD 4400 and Radeon HD 8850m switchable.
I had downloaded the file: Video_Driver_5V482_WN_10.18.10.3316_A02 for intel driver and
the file: Video_Driver_CGR4G_WN_13.201.0.0_A01 for AMD driver
after I update the new driver for intel called: Video_Driver_75PHM_WN32_10.18.14.4414_A05 intel graphics control panel doesn't respond. I click the shortcut of intel driver in desktop and it doesn't open. I right click in desktop and I don't see the "Graphics Properties" of intel driver but I see the "Graphics Properties" and the "configure switchable graphics" of AMD driver.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers (10.18.14.4414_A05 and 13.201.0.0_A01) again and same
is this a problem?

Hi,
We’re listening. Please let us know as to which graphic driver was installed first? As the system is configured with GPU switchable technology, Intel graphics should be installed first in order to switch the graphics options.

I've installed first the Intel driver.
Another strange thing I have seen is, when I'm going to screen resolution>advanced settings I see the dedicated video memory is 32MB with 10.18.10.3316_A02 and 160MB with 10.18.14.4414_A05 and when I'm doing the installation of AMD driver (13.201.0.0_A01) it becomes 2560 MB for both drivers (10.18.10.3316_A02 or 10.18.14.4414_A05)

Hi, I am also facing the similar problem after upgraded my laptop(3543 inspiron 15) with latest graphics driver from dell site. After installation when I open graphics control properties and click on any option it throw following error then close.
Another thing happened when open mycomputer properties it also give the error message “windows explorer has stop working” then close the dialogue.
What should I do? Plz help
