Having Problems with macros running.

Just as it says. I just got my laptop back today from Dell because of an OS problem. Before i sent it off the macro (Easy Macro Recorder 3.75) worked just fine and now when i record it will not close so it wont keep the recording. I have tried opening it in and out of admin and still no luck.

Inspron N5010 laptop with windows 7 (same as it had when it left).

anyone know whats wrong? i cant seem to find anything about it anywhere else.
