If your system is in warranty, call Dell and they'll replace your failed hard drive.  If it's out of warranty, you'll need a new, 2.5",7- or 9.5 mm SATA notebook hard drive, solid state drive or hybrid drive to replace your failed unit.

It also appears your system needs a new battery.

Hey !

thank you so much, I will buy a new hard drive.

but how can I plug it by myself?

And what about the old hard drive? will it be possible to save the data in it ?

To attempt data recovery, mount the drive in an external 2.5" case (see below for example) and attach it to a working system by USB.  Make a backup of what you can still read.

Then purchase TWO hard drives - one for the system and the other to keep in the case, for making backups as you go forward.

F2 at powerup - go into the BIOS setup.  It'll be something like Inspiron 3521, etc.
