Help!!! Technical issue
After inserting my password, my laptop will freeze up
Im currently on my phone to make this message.
I ran a diagnosis and its says my hard drive isn't working properly.
Here is the code:2000-0142
Validation:115675
EDIT:I'm using a dell inspiron 15 on windows 8.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

If your system is in warranty, call Dell with the error and they'll replace the hard drive.
If it's out of warranty, you will need a new 2.5" 7- or 9.5 mm SATA notebook drive - your hard drive has failed.
