Help needed to identify SMD diode from Latitude DC-DC Power Module?

I'm trying to identify a type of diode used in a DC/DC Power Module from a Latitude laptop.

The only markings on the diode are 34 14.

I've uploaded a picture of the board.  It has a number of these diodes in positions D1, D10, D11 & D17.

Could someone help identify the specifications of these components? and it may prove useful to know the manufacturer of the diodes as well?
