Did you install the desktop/notebook utility and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

Yea it's set correctly and I don't know why it's not letting me download programs like msn or usbxtaf I it's something with the setting or admin?

Yes I did the of the drivers that I installed are System-chipset-audio-Video and wireless-Broadcam.  And my ifo for my laptop is a dell latitude d610 and windows xp.

OK when I click to download then I click run it runs then I click run again then this error comes up again

C:Documents and setting\Waqas Khan\local settings\temporary internet files\content.IE5\70EAR3V1\wlsetup-web{1}.exe is not a valid win32 application.

I almost forgot...

Go to Windows Updates click on custom. Download all versions of .net framework, needed to run many applications and Download Latest Java

Then if you save the Windows Live download to your desktop, it should install after these programs are installed.

OK but why do I have to download those will it reinstall my pc or something cause I don't want that??

These programs are needed to run many applications, like the Dell All-In-One Center, Virus programs, etc. These are good programs to use and need to be installed.

Ok thanks for this agasin but can you give me the steps on how to do this? Cause when I click that link it brings me to a page that says something else?

Yes it can I installed some updates just recentally.
