Horizontal Lines On Startup
I have a Dell Inspiron 15R 5520 running Windows 7 Enterprise. On startup, I see these lines:
However, after Windows finishes loading and the Login/Password prompt appears, the lines go away. In addition, it only does the first time. For example, if I shut the laptop completely down and restart it, the lines do not appear. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you completely shut the laptop down and start it cold, then it DOESN’T happen? In that case, what is the “first time” condition that does trigger this behavior? Starting it from fully shut down after it’s been off for a certain period of time?

iphughan the line appear only on a cold start-up. For example, I just turned on the laptop for the first time today. The lines did appear, however if I shut the laptop completely down and restart it - the lines will not appear.
