Horizontal Lines on LCD Display
I didn't find any other mention of this in a search so here goes...
I noticed that on my 8600 WUXGA screen, every other horizontal line of pixels is dimmer than the previous one. This image's top two quadrants are gradients one pixel offset: (http://www.cameraid.com/art/quadrants.gif) On my screen the top two quadrants have different brightnesses. When I move the image up and down my screen pixel by pixel the brighter side goes back and forth.
I believe I will be speaking with Dell support about this, but I wanted to see if anyone else has dealt with this.
