How do I delete WMIPRVSE.exe?

I have noticed that when I open Adobe Photoshop 6, the CPU slows down dramatically and the application stops responding. I then goto Task Manager and stop WMIPRVSE.EXE and the application (Adobe) starts again and works well for a few seconds until WMIPRVSE.exe starts again. When I try to open a picture, Adobe is bogged down again until I stop WMIPRVSE.EXE, but then is bogged down immediatly again when WMIPRVSE.EXE starts again. I cannot seem to delete it. Is there anyone that can help give advice to this problem?

What is the default printer you set for your system? If it is a network printer, Photoshop (or other similar software) could slow down your whole system.
