How do I start an RMA to get my computer fixed?
Half the keys on my new laptop do not work. I went through the diagnostics website and downloaded the software, but at no point am I directed to a way to start the RMA process. I have a service request started, but its status says unassigned. What a pain! Please help!

Thanks for posting.
Please contact Tech Support to troubleshoot your issue over the phone. Once they have evaluated your issue and depending on the type of warranty you purchased, you may be sent parts to repair it yourself, directed to return the computer to the depot for repairs, or a technician may be sent to your location to repair it.
