Yes I did delete the driver and let it re-install on reboot, but the same problem.
One further thing, on my device manager under monitors, I have 3 monitors: 2 default monitors and 1 plug and play. I've tried deleting those also, but again they get re-configured.
Hi Matt, sorry to disagree with you, but my 5150 has the 15" screen which according to the manual, is capable of 1400x1050 if SXGA and 1600x1200 if UXGA. I don't know which it is until I can try the higher resolution.

The multiple monitors thing is normal - those appear because of the SVideo and VGA ports on the back where you COULD attach a monitor.

Have you tried to remove the Nvidia Video driver and reinstall it? I suggest to try that first.
