At times drivers get corrupted, and can cause issues with machine. Diagnostics can be run to check hardware functionality. However, to determine the root cause may not be possible.
Τo check if the driver is successfully installed, you can check Device Manager of your computer (If there is any yellow exclamation markor red cross on any of devices).
To check if the system Hardware is working perfectly fine, you can run a diagnostic test on your computer form the link below:
http://dell.to/P1J7z6
Choose on the diagnostic type you want to run and click on Run diagnostics.
Please reply in case you have any further questions.

Even after updating the drivers if you are facing the same issue, it could be an issue with system Hardware or Operating system.
To perform the Hardware diagnostics, follow the steps:
If the diagnostic test passes, then it is an issue with the Operating system and we may need to restore it to factory defaults.
Note: PC restore will lead to data (pictures, documents, programs, music) loss. Please perform a data backup prior to this step. Please disconnect any external peripherals as well.
To perform PC restore:-

This diagnostic doesn't work. It doesn't run.
Your answers seem very automated and haven't yet resulted in a real solution that fixes the problem.
The Dell warranty is a scam.
The first crash happened 1 month after the delivery of the computer. This is what the crash reports have stated.
Also, the solution cannot be downloaded either.
