How do you enable Manufacturing Mode in the Dell BIOS?

After using Dr. Hardware 2002's BIOS viewer, I noticed the existence of a Manufacturing Mode... What I was wondering was how to re-enable this (since all the bios viewer showed me was how to return the system to normal mode)?

Once you have entered the bios , you can press 'Alt-F 'and that will reset the bios to default configuration .

That I know, but default settings is not Manufacturing Mode. From what I've read, it's enabled during the initial setup process but is then turned off by pressing Fn + X. What I'm asking is how to re-enable that mode?
