How to Recover BIOS Admin Password

I have Dell Inspiron N4050 Laptop. I have set the BIOS Admin Password few weeks ago. But unfortunately i forget that password. I tried to remember it but don't know how to find it. Now i need to change BIOS settings but it prompts that 'unlock the setup first' which require Admin password. Kindly help me to recover that password. Laptop Information :- BIOS version : A06 Product Name : Inspiron N4050 Service tag : < ADMIN NOTE : Service tag removed per privacy policy > Express Service code : < ADMIN NOTE : Express Service code removed per privacy policy > My Email Address : < ADMIN NOTE : Email Address code removed per privacy policy > Thanks in Advance.

waseem75, You will need to contact Dell Support to have them give you a password at 1-800-624-9896 US or support in your country if you live someplace else other than the US.
