In order to reset a bios password on laptops you will need to call Dell Support. They will verify ownership of the computer and then provide information for resetting the password. The number to call is listed below.

There is a charge for the call unless the system is in warranty.
No, this cannot be done by email -- it requires a voice call and you will need to verify your ownership details.
