Download and install the 22MB file. Reboot and Fn+F5 should work.

That one didn't worked for me, but I found this one which did: http://www.dell.com/support/my-support/uk/en/ukbsdt1/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=JXJ2F&fileId=3342254631&osCode=W732&productCode=latitude-e5430&languageCode=EN&categoryId=IN
