How to email Dell to register a complaint about a laptop

I bought an Inspiron 6000 in the Summer of 2005, and I am now on my third hard drive, my third keyboard, and the battery has now died.

I am not covered under the warranty anymore (I was for the first hard drive and keyboard replacement) and my battery was not on the recall list.

Because I am no longer under warranty, when I go to Contact I get no option to email.

Is there a general email address I can send to?  I don't expect any help from Dell, but I feel strongly they should know what a hunk of junk my Inspiron has turned out to be.

TIA,

Contact Us, above. The battery, at 24+ months old, is beyond its design lifetime (300 -500 cycles or 18-24 months), so it is due for replacement.

As it says in my prior post, I can find no email or physical address to send my complaint to.

As for your flip answer that I got the use out of my battery that I expected, I ask you this:  Should I have expected a life of less than 1 year for my hard drive(s)?  Should I had to have replaced my keyboard twice in two years?  I think not.  Rather than shunting me off to a pre-existing link which I stated that I had already tried, give me the information I request: an email or physical address I can send my complaints to.

Thank you.

If you treated your notebook in the same surly, abrupt manner you treat those who are trying to point you toward help, I'd say you were probably the cause of the hard drive failure.

No matter; since you can't follow the link, here it is:

There are links to email and phone numbers here:
