How to open dell D360 boot menu

Question

I have D360. Its screen is is destroyed I am using external monitor. I want to install windows 8 32 bit currently I am using windows 8 64bit. I made a bootable pendrive  but when I use to press f2 but nothin open it just shows black screen in laptop. even I use F12 but nothing open. plz tell me how I can install 32 bit windows 8.

F12   you have to keep pressing the key when you turn on the laptop

I tried F12 but nothing happed. Dell logo is not showing on screen on startup.
