You won't need that, your keyboard is broken. Dell will replace it, my 6000 had the same problem. The key was cracked, they replaced it on a 1 year CAR warranty.
I've had the experience where one key goes wonky, and more often than not there's a tiny little piece of something under the key. Most recently, someone in the office here had a sesame seed lodged under a letter. Here's what I did (you may be safer going to Dell- you probably shouldn't attempt this! In fact- don't!) I got a metal nail file, slid it underneath the key and popped it off its little key seat. I dislodged the seed and snapped the key back on- it worked perfectly after that. Another and probably better option would be to buy some canned air and try to blast the gunk out.
Since it's so new, tho, Dell should probably replace it for you.
