How to speed up my processor?
I have an Inspiron 15R Notebook (Inspiron 5521) and I noticed that it's currently running at 2.0 GHz when it was advertised as up to 3.1 GHz. How do I change the speed for better performance?

If it never goes beyond 2.0, check the BIOS setup to make sure the AC adapter is correctly recognized (F2 at powerup).
