Hi,
I don't know what happend: every time I start the Dell inspiron 7720, it goes directly to BIOS and... that's it....
It gives a terrible long sound unil I press any key.
So, I start the computer, the Dell logo appears and once it disappers, computer goes to BIOS with a long sound.
Has anybody any ideas???

Hi PBIELUNKIEW,
Please click on the link below to check the warranty of the system. In case the system is under warranty, send me a private message with the system service tag to get your computer serviced. Please click on my name and click Start Conversation to send me a private message.

If the system is out of warranty, let me know the region you belong to, to provide the contact information for the paid support department to get the system repaired.

I'm right now in France, Strasbourg (in Alsace region), but I bought my computer in Poland.
My warranty says 6/3/2015 because I bought it this year.

understood... :(((
But it was a special foam, it was not a liquid. And the keyboard department was completely dry - I checked (it's very easy with this model of Dell)...
I'm so angry with myself...

You're going to need a warranty repair - first step is to transfer the warranty from the country of purchase to your location now:

Could it be caused by me, cleaning the keyboard and the screen with the Foam Cleaner??? Because before that: everything was ok.. I can not understand how something such normal like cleaning could cause such serious damage to the computer...

If the cleaning liquid seeped under the keyboard, absolutely yes - you can easily destroy the mainboard with just a few drops of cleaning liquid. particularly if you left the battery in the system (or it was plugged in) when you did the cleaning.

Hi,
I just did it. It says that I have to wait a couple of days for that transfer to get into effect...
