I cant install wifi driver in my laptop

my laptop is dell inpiron 14 - 3421 when i tried to install driver in my lap it shows the following error and i added the log file at end of this post.I installed chipset from 3421 download page but wifi driver is showing the same error.

Welcome to the Community,

Did you reinstall Windows on your system? May I know the Windows version installed on your system?

Access Device Manager and confirm what are components listed, under Other Devices with yellow question mark.
